Yes Spin Login and Registration: Sign Up with OTP and Fix Login Problems

Yes Spin uses your mobile number as the account. There is no separate username or email step. After you install the app from our Yes Spin review, open it, enter a 10-digit Indian mobile number and type in the OTP that arrives by SMS. That creates the account and logs you in.

Use a number you will keep. Withdrawals, password resets and support requests all check that number, and moving an account to a new number is slow when it is possible at all.

Install the app, choose login, enter the same mobile number and the new OTP. Your balance comes back because it is stored against the number, not on the phone. If you set a password inside the app, you can use number plus password instead of waiting for an OTP.

Most OTP problems are on the phone side. Check that the SIM with that number is in the phone and has signal, that DND or an SMS-blocking app is not filtering promotional senders, and that you typed the number without a leading 0 or +91 if the app adds the country code itself.

Wait the full countdown before tapping resend. Requesting several codes in a row can trigger a temporary block on new OTPs for that number, usually for a few minutes to an hour. If nothing arrives after that, use the app's support chat from the login screen.

A login that worked before and now fails usually means one of three things: the app needs an update, the account has been flagged for a second account on the same device, or the operator is running a KYC check before a withdrawal. Update first. If the message mentions verification, have your PAN and the UPI account in your own name ready.

Keep one account per person and per device. Operators close duplicate accounts and can hold the balance while they review them.

Two settings save time later. Set a password in the profile screen, so a delayed OTP never locks you out. Then add a UPI ID in your own name under the wallet's withdraw screen before you need it. The name on the UPI account has to match the name you give for verification, and a mismatch is the most common reason a first withdrawal gets held.

If you change phones, sign in on the new one before wiping the old one. That way you can still read OTPs on the old SIM if the new phone has trouble receiving them.
